Rhyne is a graduate of Duquesne University, earned his Project Management credentials from George Washington University, and studied Negotiation and Leadership at the Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA.   Rhyne has extensive real estate industry credentials and education, including the “Certified Residential Specialist Designation” (CRS) which is awarded to the top 3% of Realtors nationwide.


Tonya Gamble Co-Owner, Realtor


As a full time career Real Estate agent since 1996, Tonya’s life calling is Real Estate and her guiding principle is being the trusted “go to” real estate resource for life.

Tonya’s clients value most her vast knowledge accumulated from showing over 20,000 homes throughout the Kansas City Metro. Her clients say, “Tonya is honest and very patient, she points out the features and faults of each home and we found the right home because of her guidance.”  She is co-owner of The Gamble Team, Inc. with her husband Rhyne Gamble under the Kanas City market leader Keller Williams Realty Partners brokerage. 

Tonya’s value goes above and beyond neighborhood knowledge, opening the door and processing contracts: She helps the client understand the process, she will improve the buyer’s knowledge of search areas, negotiate a better price and terms, provide a better list of service providers and shorten the buying process and saving buyers time. 

Tonya is licensed in Kansas, Missouri and Pennsylvania. Tonya is generous with her time supporting numerous charities and community events and spends her free time binge watching Netflix, yoga and reading novels.


Mike Marischler, Realtor


Treating customers like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Mike, the father of five children. Mike has all the resources and support his clients need as a member of The Gamble Team and the Kansas City market leader, Keller Williams Realty Partners, Inc. Mike is a full-time Realtor and works with his wife Carolyn, who lists homes for the team. Mike is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and will work tirelessly on their behalf to help them find the right home to purchase. 

Mike walks step by step with his clients all the way through the buying process and will be there at the closing table with his clients. Even the most experienced buyer will benefit from Mike’s trained eye, market knowledge and experience. In his occasional free time Mike enjoys fishing and golf. Late in the evening, Mike can be found watching NHL Hockey or catching up on projects at home.

  Leah is the Director of the client database,

technology, social media and virtual assistant to Rhyne Gamble.

Leah graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of

Science in Commerce, majoring in marketing. She has 15 years

experience in sales, business operations and database management.

Leah is very active volunteer in her home town and she spends

time planning events at Baguio Cathedral Senior Citizen center.

She enjoys cooking and watching movies with her family.
